RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Return policy:

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, the consumer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

In the case of a personalized design, a refund is not possible

The parcel with the returned goods should be sent to the address GRUZO JFK DESIGN, Wieniawskiego 18, 41-506 Chorzów, Poland marked ZWROT (return), and please send us the parcel number. Please write ZWROT on the packaging

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Before shipping, please pack and secure the goods appropriately.

We make refunds in the form in which the payment reached us, unless the buyer expresses a different wish.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Complaint rules:

Parcels with complained goods should be sent to the address GRUZO JFK DESIGN, Wieniawskiego 18, 41-506 Chorzów marked REKLAMACJA (complaint).

Please provide a short description of the product defect.

Before shipping, please pack and secure the goods appropriately.

All complaints are processed within 14 days.

After the complaint is accepted, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with a fully functional one. If the complained product is no longer in the offer of the gruzo.cc online clothing store, we will refund the customer all transaction costs incurred or propose an exchange for another product of the same value as the complained one that is in the current offer.

Goods exchange rules:

Customers have the option to exchange goods within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Parcels with goods for exchange should be sent to the address GRUZO JFK DESIGN, Wieniawskiego 18, 41-506 Chorzów marked WYMIANA (exchange) together with a short explanation (which size or product should be sent in return)

Goods returned for exchange must not show signs of use and must have a complete set of tags.

The cost of returning the product to us is borne by the buyer.

If the customer product intended for exchange is not in the offer of the gruzo.cc online store and the exchange is therefore not possible, we will propose a refund or an exchange for another item.

If the customer decides to exchange the product for another one (more expensive than previously ordered), we will inform you by email about the need to make a payment. If a cheaper product is chosen, the overpayment will be settled within 5 days of the date the exchange procedure is completed.

Personalized products are not subject to exchange or return

If the customer receives goods due to an incorrect order fulfillment by gruzo.cc and is therefore forced to make an exchange, the resulting shipping costs are borne by the seller.

Refund time

The refund takes place within up to 14 days from our receipt of the returned goods. The money goes to the same account or card from which the payment was made, unless we agree otherwise.

Withdrawal form

You can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a statement by email (shop@gruzo.cc) or in writing, containing:

• First and last name
• Order number and a list of products covered by the withdrawal
• Order date and date of receipt
• Consumer address
• Date of the statement (and signature if in written form)

Example wording: I, [first and last name], hereby withdraw from the contract of sale of the following items: [list of products + order number]. Order date: [date], date of receipt: [date]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [signature].

What is not subject to return

• Personalized products (with individual print/name)
• Underwear and intimate clothing after opening the packaging
• Goods that, due to their nature, became inseparably combined after delivery

Return status, how to check

Once the return parcel reaches us, you will receive an email confirming receipt. After verifying the condition of the goods (up to 5 business days), we initiate the refund.
